Job Summary
Lead end-to-end payroll operations for a workforce of 8,000+ employees across all 50 states, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage payroll tax filings, reconciliations, year-end processing, and involuntary deductions while serving as the subject matter expert on multi-state payroll administration and garnishments. Evaluate, optimize, and enhance payroll processes, controls, and system functionality to improve efficiency and scalability, identifying and implementing automation opportunities. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement while stepping into day-to-day operations as needed. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to integrate newly acquired businesses into payroll operations, managing multiple simultaneous integrations to support compliance and business continuity.

- 7+ years of progressive payroll experience
