Job Summary
Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now and Workday, while supporting new and existing systems and managing vendor contracts. Drive process standardization, automation, and improvement to ensure efficiency, and develop direct reports to optimize operational excellence. Maintain relationships with HR, Accounting, and FP&A teams throughout the cycle, ensuring compliance with statutory tax regulations and internal policies. Create standard operating procedures, conduct audits, and prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to verify tax data accuracy. Resolve complex payroll issues, answer inquiries, and deliver practical solutions while maintaining confidentiality. Lead a remote team and contribute to system implementation strategies to support the Finance Team's goals.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in business/accounting or equivalent
- FPC designation (Fundamental Payroll Certification)
- At least 3-5 years of experience with payroll systems and proven management/supervisory skills
- U.S. Citizenship
