Job Summary
Lead a team of Payroll Connection Specialists to drive efficiency and enable payroll connections for clients across 400+ providers. Define team goals, key results, and performance metrics to continuously drive productivity while serving as the primary escalation point for complex operational blockers. Refine existing workflows to improve capacity and partner cross-functionally to implement long-term solutions for integration issues. Guide clients through establishing technical connections and educate internal and external business partners as the subject matter expert for Payroll Integrations. Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while optimizing 401(k) contribution processing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a SaaS environment or the retirement industry
- 1-2+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or direct people management role
- Proven track record managing high-volume accounts and overseeing complex projects or implementations
- Experienced in defining goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive team productivity
- Demonstrated ability to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and execute against aggressive targets
- Skilled at prioritizing competing demands, determining urgency, and executing detailed action plans in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a track record of effective collaboration across departments and organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for guiding teams, resolving conflicts, and making sound decisions under pressure
