Manager, Payroll and Compliance

Review and approve payroll runs, including off-cycle payments, bonuses, and corrections. Serve as the primary administrator for UKG Ready Payroll, overseeing system configuration, testing, and optimization. Oversee multi-state payroll compliance, tax filings, and year-end processes like W-2s and 1099s. Design internal controls, approval workflows, and standard operating procedures. Manage payroll operations by supervising the payroll processor and partnering with HR on employee lifecycle transactions. This role reports to the Controller and includes one direct report.
