Job Summary

Manage payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly payroll, maintaining personnel records, and handling complex deductions including levies and garnishments. Lead equity-related payroll tasks and tax mobility processing. Collaborate with payroll providers for accurate tax returns and prepare payroll audits. Conduct reconciliations, manage payroll-related audits and journal entries per U.S. GAAP. Requires 4-6 years of payroll or accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, and strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and compliance. Preferred qualifications include CPA and hands-on payroll system experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in payroll or related accounting/finance roles

Desired Qualifications

  • CPA preferred
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., Namely/ADP/Dayforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, NetSuite, Bill.com, and Expensify (or similar systems)
