Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily operations of the Payment unit, including remittance processing, RBI liaison, regulatory filings, and governance across electronic payments (e.g., RTGS, NEFT, NACH, Tax Payouts, IMPS, UPI). Manage and monitor performance of staff and vendor personnel; standardize processes; centralize RBI filings; ensure business continuity; plan resource allocation across split-site locations; drive UAT and system enhancements for remittance products; manage risk, compliance, and cost performance; guide the team to achieve KPIs (TAT, accuracy, customer satisfaction) while ensuring adherence to FEMA, FEDAI guidelines, and group policies. Requires 3-5 years banking exposure with 2 years in Payments Operations, and FEMA/FEDAI-related knowledge. Pro-tip: familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
