Job Summary
Monitor cash posting activities for consumer automobile loans, resolve balance issues, and oversee resolution of complex account issues including fee waivers and exception processing. Lead a team of Payment Processors and Analysts, conduct regular audits for data accuracy and SLA adherence, and identify root causes to implement risk mitigation strategies. Serve as the escalation point for internal and external inquiries while maintaining up-to-date standard operating procedures and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment processing or a related field
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of a high school diploma and a minimum of six years of relevant work experience
- Leadership or supervisory skills required
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta
- Overtime required - required on an as needed basis
- Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis

- This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed
- Travel is required 10% of the time

- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive industry experience strong plus
- Minimum of five years experience managing teams of 10+, with a focus on shared services and process improvement initiatives
- At least two years of experience in the automotive or captive financing industry, with strong knowledge of industry policies and procedures
- Proven leadership in fast-paced, regulated environments with a solid understanding of SOX, compliance, and audit requirements
- Skilled in interpreting complex financial and operational documents; proficient in mathematical functions and data analysis
- Effective communicator with the ability to present to diverse groups and drive cross-functional collaboration
