Job Summary
Manager - Patient Experience Improvement leads strategic development, management, and oversight of Stanford Children’s Health’s patient experience improvement initiatives across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role includes developing, implementing and evaluating patient experience programs, driving performance metrics, guiding a team, coordinating with executive leadership and stakeholders, and fostering a culture of family-centered care. Responsibilities also include project management for initiatives, policy development, training resource creation, data analysis and reporting, and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders to enhance patient satisfaction and brand loyalty. The position requires experience in improvement science, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ability to coach staff, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, business or related field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- CPXP preferred
