Job Summary
Own parts inventory strategy across the network by determining stock levels, quantities, and ordering processes to maximize availability while minimizing carrying cost and obsolescence. Set and manage parts pricing in coordination with Strategy & Analytics Sr. Manager, and manage vendor relationships through negotiations and supplier performance evaluations. Own the central parts returns process to minimize dead stock and maximize financial recovery, while analyzing attach rates, gross margins, and shrinkage to identify improvement opportunities. Provide strategic guidance and best practices to on-site Parts Leads regarding stocking optimization and process compliance, supporting inspection center parts needs as part of the broader Fixed Ops supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, central inventory management, analytics, or strategy roles
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Experience managing inventory algorithms and complex datasets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate corporate strategy into execution and provide guidance to site leadership
- Proven capability in managing vendor relationships, evaluating supplier performance, and managing commercial negotiations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining alignment across network operations
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- A clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI's in the last three years
- Must be able to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
- Must be able to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends for special programs and events
- Must be able to frequent standing and sitting with varying periods of each
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently
- Must be able to walk up to three miles each day
- Must pass a complete background check
- Must not be eligible for visa sponsorship
