Job Summary

Manager, Health Plan Partnership Success responsible for supporting Health Plan strategic partnerships, serving as a primary liaison between Transcarent and Health Plan reseller partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure delivery, performance, and retention. Responsibilities include building day-to-day health plan relationships, representing the voice of Health Plan to ensure alignment with partnership requirements and member/group satisfaction, developing and executing an Annual Strategic Account Plan, delivering timely partnership performance reports with insights on trends and opportunities, onboarding and training on processes such as reporting and ZenDesk, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, BI/Reporting, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, etc.), facilitating external status meetings, and supporting escalation management with Customer Support. Required competencies include strong interpersonal and influencing skills, experience managing complex partnerships in a matrixed environment, a proactive, autonomous “roll up your sleeves” mindset, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity, and travel less than 25%. Salary range $100,000—$125,000 USD. Travel and remote work are noted; location is remote.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years’ relevant professional experience in account management, customer success, or similar external client facing role.
