Job Summary
Manager of Partner Success to lead day-to-day program implementation and relationship management for a portfolio of K-12 partners on the Central/East Coasts. Responsibilities include managing partner onboarding and implementation with fidelity, coordinating with Business Development and Implementation teams, developing knowledge of SHP offerings, providing first-tier support, tracking implementation metrics, ensuring district partnerships meet goals, coordinating training, and supporting district leaders with SAVE Promise Club implementation. Required skills include exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, strong written and verbal communication, comfort with remote work and a decentralized team structure, experience with Salesforce, data dashboards, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment. Travel approximately 25% is expected, and the role emphasizes collaboration across districts, grants teams, and finance to ensure compliance and outcomes related to student well-being and safety.
