Job Summary
Manager of Partner Success leads a global 7–8-partner-success team across North America, EMEA, and APAC; designs and implements global onboarding playbooks to ensure 85% of new partners are fully set up within 16 days; partners with Channel Account Management to remove roadblocks and align enablement with sales goals; analyzes churn indicators to identify trends and drive process improvements; maintains a transparent, remote-first culture and drives outcomes aligned to company goals; role emphasizes building scalable partner enablement and onboarding programs in a distributed environment, with cybersecurity/ MSP experience considered a strong plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in customer success, enablement, or account management
- Experience building teams or processes from scratch
- Direct, candid communication style and ability to lead through transparency and trust
- Experience with data and trend analysis
- Ownership mindset and impact-focused
- Experience in the MSP or cybersecurity space is a plus
- Passion for culture-building and keeping remote teams cohesive
