Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in customer success, enablement, or account management
  • Experience building teams or processes from scratch
  • Direct, candid communication style and ability to lead through transparency and trust
  • Experience with data and trend analysis
  • Ownership mindset and impact-focused
  • Experience in the MSP or cybersecurity space is a plus
  • Passion for culture-building and keeping remote teams cohesive
