Job Summary
Manager, Partner Programs who will drive day-to-day relationships with HITRUST assessors and reseller partners, lead partner education and enablement programs (webinars, training sessions, playbooks, cadence), support onboarding, renewals, escalation management, and activation of resellers; collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations and other teams to align messaging, improve program consistency, and grow partner-sourced pipeline while strengthening governance and program standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in channel, partner programs, customer success, ecosystem management, business development, or a related role
- Proven ability to manage external partner relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong operational orientation with the ability to create structure, manage multiple priorities, follow through, and drive execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train, educate, and influence external partners
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal teams
- Comfort using data and feedback to identify gaps, track program health, and recommend improvements
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a hands-on role that requires both program management and relationship management
