Job Summary
Manage a team of Technical Account Managers to support existing and new integration partnerships with point-of-sale systems and aggregators. Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues while serving as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships. Strategize with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market initiatives, conduct data analysis, and triage client issues. Drive alignment with senior leaders and help define the integrations roadmap, leveraging AI tools and automation to improve integration quality and reduce manual work. Balance execution and leadership to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives from zero to one.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields, with a track record of owning complex, high-impact initiatives
- Strong technical fluency, especially in API-based integrations, with the ability to speak comfortably with product, engineering, and external partners
- Proven experience managing others, with strong people leadership instincts even in hybrid IC/Manager roles
- Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience working with tools like SQL to support analysis and issue investigation
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required

- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, documentation, issue investigation, workflow automation, or decision-making; experience building prompts, lightweight agents, or AI-enabled processes is a plus
