Job Summary
The Partner Engagement Manager drives success across an assigned portfolio of corporate partners through strong account management, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include managing renewals and growth, leading partner renewal strategies, coordinating moves management and milestone tracking, analyzing partnership data to inform planning and forecasting, leveraging partner feedback to strengthen the partner experience, and creating concise partner materials. The role requires crafting partner proposals and reports, serving as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, and mentoring potential future hires. The candidate should have 4-5 years of professional experience in stakeholder or account management, fundraising, corporate partnerships, customer success, or related fields, with strong written and verbal communication, independent work habits, and comfort working across distributed and in-person teams. Salesforce experience (or willingness to learn) and familiarity with Yesware or similar tools are preferred, with a demonstrated interest in technology, education, workforce equity, or the nonprofit sector. This is a NY-based, hybrid-position with two days in-office per week, reporting to the Director of Partner Engagement and contributing to renewal and sponsorship deliverables, data tracking, and strategic relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in stakeholder management, account management, fundraising, corporate partnerships, customer success, sales, or related fields
- strong organizational and project management skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or willingness to learn
- familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Yesware or similar platforms preferred
