Job Summary
Manager Partner Engagement ACO responsible for analyzing ACO REACH partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned partners to foster strong and collaborative relationships. Responsibilities include facilitating regular partner meetings to review performance and gather feedback, providing excellent customer service by resolving complaints professionally, analyzing and monitoring partner performance data across metrics such as utilization rates, cost per patient, risk adjustment factors, and quality measures, generating comprehensive reports to identify trends and opportunities, utilizing Medicare reports, payor reports, the CMS portal and other sources to track key measures of ACO performance and identify opportunities to improve Provider Partners Connect Care management of Medicare value-based care programs, collaborating with the Provider Partners clinical team to provide data analytics and reporting support, and maintaining working knowledge of CMS value-based care plan methodologies and their impact on financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or finance related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Access, Power BI)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functional with sales, Operations and Revenue Management teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress and meet deadlines
