Job Summary
The Manager, PAP Resupply Systems drives operational performance across PAP Resupply operations through data analytics, reporting, system optimization, and technology-driven improvements. Serves as the subject matter expert for PAP resupply systems, reporting, and operational analytics, using data insights to identify breakdowns and support decision making while delivering scalable solutions to improve efficiency, patient experience, and revenue. Partners with PAP Resupply leadership to identify trends, performance gaps, and risks, and develops actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include analytics, dashboards, KPIs, real-time monitoring, and proactive risk identification; developing and maintaining reporting tools; collaborating with IT/vendors on system enhancements; translating pain points into system requirements; leveraging automation and AI-driven tools; and cross-functional teamwork to standardize processes and drive improvements. Qualifications emphasize 3–7 years in healthcare operations/analytics with familiarity in dashboards, Excel, Power BI, and healthcare platforms (Brightree, SNAP) and strong communication and project-management skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Operations, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
