Manager

Oversee daily café operations by working side-by-side with your team in production, prep, dining, baking, and guest service. Maintain food quality and safety standards while coaching and mentoring staff through structured onboarding and clear feedback. Foster a healthy work environment by promoting positivity, keeping the café clean, and encouraging work-life balance within a structured schedule. Full-time 40-45 hours a week, operating from 5 AM to 11 PM with no overnight shifts. Requires previous management experience, a hands-on mentality, and reliable transportation.
