Manager

Oversee daily café operations while working side-by-side with the team in production, prep, dining, baking, and guest service. Maintain food quality and safety standards, coach and mentor staff through structured onboarding, and deliver clear expectations with consistent feedback. Foster a healthy work environment by promoting positivity, respect, and teamwork while keeping the café clean and organized. Encourage work-life balance within a structured schedule. Full-time 40-45 hours a week operating from 5 AM to 11 PM with no overnight shifts. Requires previous management experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
