Oversee daily café operations by working side-by-side with your team in production, prep, dining, baking, and guest service. Maintain food quality and safety standards while coaching and mentoring staff through structured onboarding and clear feedback. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage peak performance across all operational areas.
