Job Summary
Manage and direct store operations, including hiring, training, and supervising associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Oversee daily activities within a single location, utilizing an 8-week leadership training program for store managers or a 6-week program for assistant managers. Work flexible schedules including weekends within a 50-mile radius, while maintaining Food Safety certification and adhering to physical requirements for standing and lifting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Serve Safe certified
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand up to four hours
- Must be able to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have effective verbal communication skills
- Must be able to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to manage conflicts/difficult situations
