Job Summary
Manager, Paid Search responsible for delivering high-performing campaigns and defining delivery plans. You will track and optimise campaigns to exceed KPIs, serve as a primary client contact for day-to-day tasks, drive automation and process improvements, develop best-practice roadmaps for the Paid Search practice, and mentor colleagues to grow capability and knowledge across channels. The role emphasizes delivering campaigns on budget and on schedule, using data analysis to inform decisions, and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years paid search experience
- strong data analysis and reporting skills
- excellent presentation skills
- ability to deliver campaigns on budget and on-time
- ability to mentor others and contribute to best-practice development
- experience optimizing campaigns and leveraging automation/tools
