Lead packaging innovation initiatives with external providers; scout and implement new packaging technologies; manage vendor collaborations from concept to scale-up; drive sustainability and lifecycle management including recyclability; ensure safety and compliance addressing nitrosamines, PFAS, extractables/leachables; implement product security features like serialization and anti-counterfeiting; provide cross-functional leadership with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Marketing; mentor junior team members; develop technical documentation and change management.
