Job Summary
Manage departmental structure, staff development, and training while actively sourcing new positions. Plan and execute low-to-moderate complexity projects, coordinate activities across warehouse, store, and transportation departments, and oversee donation processing, salvage sales, and inventory workflows. Troubleshoot equipment, train others on processes, and ensure accurate reporting and sales transactions. Operate a forklift and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Lead the leadership coalition for organizational change and champion community engagement initiatives aligned with social trends.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or experience equivalency
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Supervisory experience in a warehouse, production, retail or logistics setting
- Ability to work flexible schedule as business warrants; including nights and weekends
- Forklift certification
- Ability to remain stationary for sustained periods of time
- Ability to move about to accomplish tasks
- Ability to operate a computer or similar technology
- Visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing data, operating equipment or review thoroughness of work
- Ability to communicate with others and exchange information
- Ability to lift and/or move up 10 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
