Job Summary
Drive sales and revenue targets across voice, data, digital, and upgrade products for a zone spanning customer service and postpaid portfolio. Monitor acquisition quality, ensure stock adherence to norms, and manage churn while driving up-selling and cross-selling at walk-in touch points. Lead franchisee expansion by rolling out VMS, selecting partners, and coaching channel partners to improve efficiency, profitability, and process adherence. Achieve total targets for all products including upgrades and cross-sell initiatives.
Required Qualifications
