Manager OT Applications

Manage global OT applications (MES, LIMS) across breweries, bottling, and mashing facilities to ensure stability, security, and future-proofing in 24x7 operations. Design system architectures, lead project deliveries, and establish development processes within the new global OT organization. Direct a team of OT engineers and application managers, overseeing their growth, effectiveness, and workplace culture while managing team organization, processes, and budget. Contribute to broader OT strategy and organizational development, bridging gaps between plant managers, operators, IT, and OT teams. Maintain strategic and operational oversight in a production-critical environment where continuity and safety are paramount.
