Manager - OSP Construction

Manager – OSP Construction leads Outside Plant fiber builds, guiding subcontractor crews to safely complete market builds on time and within budget. You’ll delegate tasks, influence internal and external teams, and coordinate with local governments and communities. The role provides technical leadership to direct reports and subcontractor partners, standardizes processes, and collaborates with Lumos engineering teams and utility partners to plan and execute OSP objectives. Heavily involved in CAPEX/OPEX and inventory tracking, you’ll recruit and develop a high-performing team, travel frequently to construction sites, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders. The position is hybrid with regular onsite presence at multiple job sites in Benton County, AR, and candidates must reside in-market or within an hour of commuting distance. A valid, fully unencumbered driver’s license is required, and fiber/telecom industry experience is essential.
