Job Summary
Lead organizational change initiatives by developing comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale business and technology transformations. Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness evaluations, and risk analyses to define interventions that accelerate adoption and drive value realization. Drive AI and Copilot adoption by partnering with client leadership to define strategies, facilitate workshops identifying use cases, and design scalable approaches to sustainable ways of working. Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors through communication strategies, leadership workshops, and steering committee facilitation. Create and oversee training, communications, and adoption activities while measuring effectiveness through defined KPIs and usage analytics. Support business development activities including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations while mentoring team members to build OCM and AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the applicable country without current or future sponsorship requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives
- 2+ years experience in consulting
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformations, technology implementations, or business transformation programs
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies
- Experience designing stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Workshop facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience working in consulting environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities
- Bachelor's degree required

- Ability to read/write/speak business French
- Preferred experience AI, Generative AI, or Microsoft Copilot adoption programs
- Data and analytics transformation initiatives
- Operating model design and organizational transformation
- Responsible AI, governance, and change enablement
- Experience leading geographically dispersed or cross-functional teams
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent Agile certification)
- Design Thinking facilitation credentials
- MBA or related graduate degree preferred
