Job Summary
Lead design, build, and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud within Oracle HCM Cloud for HR Transformation initiatives. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process implementation, including job requisitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding. Manage all project phases from demos/workshops and requirements gathering through design, configuration, CRPs, testing/UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support. Keep systems aligned with updates and best practices, assess impact on processes, and implement improvements. Provide end-user training to HR teams, managers, and employees and collaborate with clients to ensure successful adoption. Strong client-facing communication and accountability to meet project deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud ORC module
- Oracle ORC certification
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud module
- Experience across client demos/workshops, requirements gathering, design, configuration, CRPs, testing & UAT, cutover, go-live and support
- Design, implement, and maintain recruiting processes (job requisitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding)
- Staying up-to-date with Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates and enhancements
- Provide end-user training and support to HR teams, managers, and employees
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver quality outcomes
