Job Summary
Manager, Oracle Fusion Forecast To Plan responsible for leading design and optimization of Oracle Fusion cloud solutions for Forecast to Plan, partnered with client stakeholders to document baseline Service Delivery operations; mentoring onshore/offshore delivery teams, and driving Oracle Cloud engagements across process design, implementation lifecycle, and project reviews. Involves leading RFP/estimation activities, overseeing multi-project delivery, and coordinating with clients on process design, security, and data integrity, with travel up to 80% and no sponsorship for U.S. work authorization. The role requires managing onshore/offshore teams, guiding technical design, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Forecast to Plan initiatives within a consulting/advisory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
- Minimum eight years of experience with Oracle applications with three years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Forecast to Plan as a lead or Manager
- Minimum five years of ERP or Cloud Conversion processes inbound and outbound interfaces, integration
- Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Cloud technical implementations for large complex client delivery
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Oracle Cloud Application Technology Certified is preferred
- Travel may be up to 80%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
