Manager – Oracle Finance Technology Support

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day functional and application support for Oracle Finance systems, taking direct ownership of complex production issues and escalations. Work closely with Finance teams to understand business requirements and resolve system problems within General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes. Analyze application issues, coordinate solutions, and partner with technical teams and stakeholders on system improvements and enhancements. Maintain system stability and performance while leading and supporting team members through hands-on involvement. Contribute to longer-term technology initiatives and process improvements. This management opportunity within a healthcare organization combines strong finance process knowledge with practical Oracle application expertise in a hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience working with Oracle Finance applications
- Hands-on functional or application support experience in an Oracle Finance environment
- Experience must include application-level support, not exclusively infrastructure or end-user support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Working knowledge of finance processes and Oracle financial modules
- Strong experience with General Ledger and Accounts Payable
- Exposure to additional modules such as Fixed Assets, Projects, Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and/or Cash Management
- Ability to work as a hands-on manager and personally address complex production issues when required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
