Job Summary
As the Manager for EPM / ERP Cloud Delivery, you will lead a team of consultants, focusing on the successful delivery of digital client projects with an emphasis on team management, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You will implement quality assurance processes, manage project operations, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Europe. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in consulting with a strong background in EPM/ERP cloud solutions and demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a skilled consulting team.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions
- At least 3 years in a formal team leadership or management role
- Experience with leading platforms such as Oracle EPM/ERP, OneStream, Workday, or SAP
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, system configurations, data modelling, and process mapping

- Proven leadership skills in managing consulting teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in structured delivery methodologies
- Experience in managing large, complex clients
Additional Requirements
- Must possess fluency in English; professional proficiency in another European language is a significant advantage
