The Manager or Senior Manager of Business Development Strategy will support the growth of the Corporate and Finance practices through strategic business development and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include advising on client pitch strategies, conducting research and analysis, creating proposals, managing strategic events, and completing lawyer directory and league table submissions. Ideal candidates must possess exceptional communication skills, be collegial and collaborative, and thrive in high-pressure environments while managing multiple high visibility projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of applications specific to the legal field
