Job Summary
Lead environmental due diligence, site investigation, permitting and compliance projects. Manage client communications, develop proposals and budgets, oversee Phase I ESAs and Phase II investigations, and prepare technical reports. Ensure multi‐media compliance and provide guidance on complex environmental projects. Drive business development and client relations, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with cross‐functional teams. Requires a master’s degree in a relevant environmental discipline and 9+ years of experience, with credentials as an Environmental Professional per ASTM E1527-21.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant environmental discipline (e.g., environmental or chemical engineering, geology, environmental science)
- At least 9 years of experience managing clients’ environmental due diligence projects and environmental compliance reviews
- Experience in understanding environmental investigation and remediation of contaminated sites
- Experience in multi-media compliance support
- An Environmental Professional as defined by the ASTM E1527-21 Standard
- A demonstrated ability in the performance of Phase I ESAs and compliance reviews of complex industrial sites
- Experience developing proposals and cost estimates, managing project budgets, and managing client communications
- Willingness to travel periodically on short business trips. Travel is typically of short duration and may be local or throughout the United States depending on project needs. Driver’s license and air travel required.
