Job Summary
Lead daily clinical and operational OR services across 15+ operating rooms, oversee ~60 FTEs, drive efficient patient flow and high-quality surgical care. Report to the Director of Perioperative Services; foster staff engagement, support a collaborative team environment, and ensure operational excellence in a Magnet-designated, acute-care setting. Requires BSN with OR leadership experience; active NY RN license; BLS; EPIC and MS Office proficiency. Expenses covered on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
Required Qualifications
- Active NY RN License
- BSN required; Master's Degree preferred
- Strong operating room experience; Leadership experience in OR in acute care setting
- BLS through AHA
- Experience with EPIC and Microsoft Office
