Job Summary
Manage daily operations of specialists to deliver superior customer service; provide direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care; oversee basic financial performance including revenue growth and expense control; coordinate field routing and scheduling; travel throughout territory to visit clients and support the sales team; supervise training and development of team members; submit regular reports and adapt scheduling as needed; requires a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends; must have a valid driver’s license and comply with licenses/certificates as required; embody a customer-focused approach and partner with sales to drive business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
- Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
