Job Summary
Champion a proactive safety culture by developing and enforcing robust policies, driving incident investigations, and ensuring all personnel receive required training. Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals, optimize resource utilization, and manage budgets to enhance efficiency and profitability. Oversee the allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Provide leadership to Operations Supervisors and field crews, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performance environment. Requires 7+ years in industrial services, 3+ years managing teams, and OSHA 30-Hour/Hazwoper 40-Hour certification. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k) match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 7+ years' of experience in industrial services or a similar industry
- 3+ years' of experience managing a team
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and unexpected situations
- Ability to understand and apply business principles in a strategic and effective manner
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges effectively
- Ability to translate plans and strategies into tangible results, getting things done effectively and efficiently
- Ability to effectively manage employees, creating a positive work environment, fostering collaboration, and maximizing employee productivity
- Ability to systematically and objectively assess a situation to identify gaps, requirements, and areas of opportunity
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and some ability to adapt to other computer software
- Must be able to frequently lift or move items up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to frequently climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to wear Personal Equipment, including Respiratory Protection
- Consists of both office setting and physical jobsite
- Able to work in confined spaces when needed
