Job Summary
Manage daily logistics operations to maximize commodity scheduling and delivery adherence, interfacing directly with customers to coordinate staffing adjustments based on local conditions. Enact contingency plans during system failures or disasters, escalating issues to senior management and leading post-mortem analyses to drive process improvements. Lead warehouse managers and teams by enforcing company standards while reviewing performance metrics to implement corrective actions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and progressive experience in automotive or logistics, with a competitive compensation package available. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
- Progressive experience performing professional level operational and plant management duties
- preferably in automotive or logistics industry
