Manager, Operations-Shift D-2nd Shift 5PM-3:30AM

Oversee end-to-end warehousing and distribution operations, coordinating production and logistics to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Develop and monitor budgets and capacity plans; establish production and quality standards; and manage data on products ordered, including specifications and delivery timelines. Guide the development of manufacturing process plans, determine personnel, material, subcontract, facility, tooling, and equipment needs; ensure compliance with company, government, and customer policies. Lead cross-functional coordination with suppliers and internal teams to optimize use of resources, and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to minimize costs and delays. Provide supervisory leadership to up to 5 subordinate supervisors who oversee 50+ employees across Special Projects, Shipping and Receiving, Packing, Order Processing, Routing, Inventory, and Auditing. Responsibilities include hiring, training, assigning, evaluating performance, disciplinary actions as needed, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure ongoing adherence to safety and quality standards and drive process improvements through data analysis and monitoring of production reports.
