Job Summary
Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products, including establishing production/quality standards, budgeting, and coordinating manufacturing with other functions. Provides guidance on manufacturing process plans, ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met, and supervises a large team across Special Projects, Shipping/Receiving, Packing, Order Processing, Routing, Inventory and Auditing. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and enforcing company policies and regulations; leads up to 5 supervisors overseeing 50+ employees. Requires high school diploma or GED and extensive warehouse operations management experience, including cold storage, in fast-paced production environments. Salary range listed reflects 2nd shift hours (5PM-3:30AM) and location in Stockton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
- Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required
- Experience working in production based/fast paced environment
- Warehouse performance management experience required
