Job Summary
Manage a health system partner's operations by designing workflows, drafting standard operating procedures, and operationalizing new therapy delivery across sites of care. Partner with hospital executives and clinicians to create operating plans, implement new services, and track P&L performance through forecasting, budgeting, and KPI dashboards. Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, preparing executive presentations and building governance processes to drive accountability and scalability. Identify risks and opportunities to translate insights into actionable recommendations for service-line expansion and program improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive interdepartmental collaboration and distill complex information into clear recommendations
- Fluency in PowerPoint and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently high-quality work
- This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Raleigh/Durham (4 days/week in office)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, strategy & operations, corporate development, transformation, healthcare operations, investment banking, or similarly rigorous environments
- Experience supporting senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience building dashboards, reporting tools, and performance management systems
- Epic and/or Cerner experience preferred and PowerBI experience beneficial
