Manager, Operations S+

3PL Operations Manager – North America at Sephora Collection; based at the North America 3PL site in the Aurora/Chicago area. Oversees day-to-day warehouse operations at the North American RDC, monitors inbound/outbound KPIs, enforces SLAs with 3PL partners, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with supply chain and finance teams to ensure cost-effective operations aligned with Sephora standards. Manages the full claims lifecycle, analyzes variances, oversees invoicing against contractual rates, and contributes to annual budget planning. Leads monthly/quarterly business reviews, coordinates with distribution teams on forecasts, and ensures adherence to Sephora SOPs while driving Lean/process improvement initiatives. Role is onsite from 9am–5pm with reporting to the S+ Supply Chain Director (based in France).
