Job Summary
Manager, Operations Processing & Transactions responsible for hiring, evaluating, and supervising crew; sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes compensation decisions in line with HR policies; oversees operating procedures to ensure accurate, timely processing and monitors operational metrics; drives cross-team collaboration to improve service quality and efficiency; communicates department changes and participates in special projects. Requires a minimum of five years related experience, and an undergraduate degree or equivalent. Hybrid work model is implemented, with Malvern, PA as the location.
