Job Summary
Manage Warrern and Bradford service centers to ensure safe, reliable electricity delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements. Plan, organize, and direct regional operations while overseeing the area budget for personnel, materials, and maintenance. Lead operational groups through emergency outage restoration and respond to customer complaints and regulatory inquiries. Foster a high-performing safety culture, interpret collective bargaining agreements, and establish performance targets for supervisors and staff. Coordinate with union leadership and management to implement goals, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
