Job Summary
Finance Manager will lead FP&A, CAPEX, and cost accounting at the Pennsylvania plant, driving budgeting/forecasting, KPI analysis, and financial reporting to support ramp-up and operational excellence. Responsibilities include developing and managing the annual financial plan, monitoring variances, building financial models for production scale-up, overseeing CAPEX governance and spend, maintaining standard costing and BOMs, reconciling inventory, and ensuring SOX compliance and internal controls. Partners with cross-functional leaders to deliver financial insights, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems (e.g., SAP, HFM). The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations for plant management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing environments
- Expertise in cost accounting, FP&A, and inventory management
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle HFM, etc.) and Excel
