Job Summary
Manage a team of employees responsible for reviewing contractor bids and coordinating property preservation activity with investors, insurers, and clients. Maintain daily production and pipeline management while handling interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions for staff. Respond to audit and non-compliance issues, assign work, and oversee processors' workflows, time off, and reviews. Maintain quality and productivity goals while answering incoming phone calls as needed. Occasional travel required. This role supports ServiceLink, a top provider in the mortgage services industry, within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to excel in a high-impact position with fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Occasional travel
- Proficiency using third party estimating software, common to the insurance industry
- Ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply company and/or client specifications, guidelines and processes
- Ability to navigate and research using available resources including the Internet
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to successfully multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a high pressure, high production and volume team environment
- Strong PC skills, typing, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Completion of client registration guidelines and business rules, user review guide, classroom training, system training, and side by side training
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years management experience
- 1-2 years property claims experience, property preservation experience or construction knowledge
- Knowledge of property management, construction, and property insurance
- Undergraduate degree
