Job Summary
Operations Manager in Medcor’s Construction Health & Safety Division overseeing multiple on-site clinics. Responsible for directing clinic staff, supervising full-time, part-time and contract personnel, managing budgets and expenses, and maintaining client relationships. Collaborates with corporate and local teams, supports clinic protocols and service quality, ensures accurate billing and contract rate compliance, and travels up to 75% to site locations. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or relevant experience) and an EMT/Paramedic/LPN/LVN/RN license, with remote work from a home office arrangement and weekly travel considerations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of practical experience in a health care environment or employee health services with management/supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- EMT, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or RN license
- Ability to travel up to 75% across the United States
- Strong understanding of workers compensation and occupational health and wellness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage budgets and financials
- Strong leadership, supervision, and communication skills
