Job Summary
Manager, AMER Operations Compliance leads and manages Environmental, Health & Safety compliance for LATAM within the AMER region, auditing and improving EHS programs, training staff, and serving as SME for compliance across multiple data center sites. Responsibilities include overseeing audits, risk assessments, incident investigation and corrective actions, developing local procedures aligned with regional/global requirements, tracking EHS metrics, and coordinating with regional/global teams on safety protocols and certifications. Provides guidance, training, and escalation on EHS best practices, and manages site-level audit findings, certifications, and management-system assets. Candidates should have leadership experience, ability to manage budgets and programs, and a thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements and global EHS standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of EHS compliance experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, 45001 & 50001)
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
