Job Summary
Oversee Beta Bag production operations in Merrimack as part of the Life Science Sterile Transfer Product Area; manage daily manufacturing activities, coordinate with inventory control, planning, QA, maintenance, and other functions to ensure objectives are met; lead and develop the Beta Bag team, drive continuous improvement (Lean) and CAPA investigations, allocate resources (materials, personnel, equipment), and collaborate across cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliverables; requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least five years of management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, plus three years of progressive leadership in operations/engineering/product development; occasional travel (>10%); hybrid work arrangement (#LI-YA2 #LI-Hybrid).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience in operations, engineering, and/or product development (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Experience within Medical Tech industry or other regulated industries preferred
