Job Summary
Field Engineer role: Manager – BSS O&M overseeing field-level operational activities for BTS/MW/BSC/RNC with emphasis on maintaining 99.95% network availability, preventive maintenance, outage handling, coordination with infra vendors, integration and commissioning of BTS & M/W sites, and supervision of new base station site tests; requires GSM/EDGE knowledge, installation/commissioning of NSN/Huawei equipment, 2G/3G Node-B O&M, GSM protocol stack, and strong coordination with technical support and vendors to ensure reliable telecom network operations.
